If you don't love your Geared Up order, we want to help! Products may be exchanged or returned within 21 days of receipt (verified by tracking). If your desired item's style or size is unavailable, we're happy to provide an alternative or
store credit. We'll process your return within 5-7 business days of receiving it.

Shipping will be paid by the customer unless the item is damaged before or during delivery. Items cannot be returned without contacting the email address below. We ask that products are returned in their original condition, free of odors, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in any way.
