What shirt brand do you print on?
• All Tees are printed on an amazing quality cotton/poly-cotton blend. Our products were made to feel like someone is gingerly hugging you.
• Our shirts run true to fit if sized correctly. Please refer to our sizing chart for more information.
What size should I order?
• Our sizes range from XS - 5XL in adults sizes and 2T-XL for Toddlers and Children.
• Please see our Sizing Chart for more details and suggestions for fit.
• We suggest women/female presenting customers order one size DOWN for non-fitted Tees from their regular size.
What type of printing process is used on your apparel?
• All of our shirts are hand-printed and custom-made at the time of ordering. We primarily use heat transfer processes.
Will the design fade?
• Black prints tend to fade the most but will hold up for multiple wears and washes. Some of the prints will fade around the 200th time being washed.
• Washing instructions are found on the tag of each shirt.
• Due to the color and thickness of shirts, the label care tag may be slightly visible on the neck of shirts.
Do you offer local curbside pick-up?
• We offer selective product pick-up. Once you have ordered, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your pick-up order number.
• We schedule curbside appointments. Please Note: Curbside pick-up is arranged after your order has been processed and within 7-10 business days. We do our best to accommodate you if you would like to request a curbside pick-up outside the standard processing time. There will be a $5 express pick-up fee.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
• Standard order processing time is 7-10 business days.
• Standard shipping can take up to 10-15 business days after the order leaves our facility.
• UPS Priority order processing time is 3-5 business days.
• Most orders are estimated to arrive within 5-7 business days after orders have been processed and shipped.
• Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any delays our shipping partners are currently experiencing regionally or nationwide.
• You will receive a notification email or text once your order ships.
What shipping method do you use?
• Standard shipping for orders in the United States is shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
• UPS Priority shipping for orders in the United States is shipped via UPS Ground.
Do you offer package tracking?
• YUP! We’ll provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped.
• A shipping confirmation email or text will be sent once your order has left our facility.
• We are not responsible if USPS does not update tracking information.
• We do not hold packages in our facility once a tracking number has been generated.
When do Pre-Sale items ship?
• Pre-sale orders ship after the presale period. You will be contacted via email when your item has been shipped out. Shipping for our physical products is based on product availability.
Any order made after 5 pm EST counts as the next business day. Please get in touch with us directly for more information before placing your order. During holidays or times of high demand, orders may take up 10 - 15 business days to process.
If you don't love your Geared Up order, we want to help! Products may be exchanged or returned within 21 days of receipt (verified by tracking). If your desired item's style or size is unavailable, we're happy to provide an alternative or store credit.
We'll process your return within 7-10 business days of receiving it.
The customer will pay to ship unless the item is damaged before or during delivery. Items cannot be returned without contacting the email address below. We ask that products be returned in their original condition, free of odors, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
To start a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll reply within 48 business hours.
Can I cancel/modify my order?
• Please note that we try to be very accommodating; however, all cancellations will ONLY be honored within 24-48 hours.
• All orders are made to ship once out of production. After 48 hours, an order can not be canceled.
